American Computer Science League (ACSL) Contest https://www.acsl.org/get-started/divisions
Best for high school students with little or no programming experience and for advanced junior high students. Each contest consists of an online 30-minute, 5-question short answer test and an online programming problem to solve in 72 hours.
2023-2024 Season schedule https://www.acsl.org/get-started/schedule This course will prepare students to take intemediate Division Contest 1 and Contest 2.
There are four contests during the regular season. The window during which each contest can be accessed on HackerRank is as follows.

Contest #1: available Nov. 1, 2023; closes Sunday January 14, 2024 @ 11:59pm EST

Contest #2: available Jan. 2, 2024; closes Sunday March 3, 2024 @ 11:59pm EST

Contest #3: available Feb. 5, 2024; closes Sunday April 7, 2024 @ 11:59pm EDT

Based on the scores during the regular season, top students in all divisions will be invited to participate in an online Finals competition:

There is a nominal per-student registration fee to participate in the Finals.
